1. Servomotor enables advanced programming for dressing any shapes of cap tips requested.
2. Display panel for control. Easy operation by touching the panel to program dress amount, screening length, dress tip quantity and dress speed.
3. Call up a program for distinguishing the different shape of the cap tip.
4. Feed back the length of undressed tip to the servomotor for the same designated dress amount on every work.
5. Able to select 5 levels of cap tip length and to set an unreached tip length from the setting level after dressing.
6. Parts feeder is combined with an air blow and vibration system in order to provide feeding cap tips perfectly.
7. 5 minutes is enough to change a shank without handling.
